Victor W. Smith has over 20 years' experience in theatre work, including his work as a Technical Director, Lighting Designer, Carpenter, and Electrician.

Add to that his background as a mechanical engineer, and the combination gives him a unique skillset that prepares him better than most for his work in theatre.

Victor has designed both sets and lighting for numerous productions, as well as being Technical Director and Assistant Technical Director for many more. In addition to his work on various community and high school theatre productions, he has also lent his skills to dance recitals, gymnastics showcases and opera.

Although he's a great asset in any capacity, one of Victor's greatest strengths is his natural leadership ability, in which he leads by example, setting and always meeting his own high standards of quality and challenging those around him to do likewise. Anyone who has worked with Victor will attest to his level, affable nature even under the most stressful of situations, and to how irreplaceable he is.
